The GSMF is accepting MERCHANDISE vendor applications until Aug. 21, 2024.
$225 Fee (once approved by GSMF committee)

Electricity available (must be requested with application)
Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, and extension cords (if needed)
Vendors will have access at 8:30AM and must be set up by 11:00AM on day of festival.
Vendors will receive two (2) event day wristbands
By signing this application you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Liability: The Green Street Monster Fest, its organizers, and the city of Longview are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to vendors or their property. Vendors are responsible for their own insurance.
Compliance: Vendors must comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Vendors are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or licenses.
Setup and Breakdown: Vendors must be set up by 11:00AM and remain set up until the end of the event at 11:00PM (unless other arrangements are made with the fests organizers). Vendors are fully responsible for cleaning up their area. Vendors who leave their areas dirty be assessed a cleaning fee.
Electricity: Vendors who require electricity must provide their own extension cords and ensure their equipment is safe and up to code.
Cancellation: The Green Street Monster Fest reserves the right to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such event, vendors will be notified and all deposits will be refunded.
Wristbands: Each vendor will receive (2) event day wristbands. Additional wristbands can be purchased if needed.
Conduct: Vendors are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner. The festival reserves the right to remove any vendor for inappropriate behavior.
Vendor Selection: The Green Street Monster Fest reserves the right to select vendors at its sole discretion and may reject any application or remove any vendor at any time for any reason without explanation.
Deposit: If selected, vendors must make a non-refundable deposit for the full amount of the booth rental to secure their space at the event. This deposit must be received either by check, cash, or credit card payment to the Green Street Monster Fest within two (2) business days of the notification of selection. Deposits will only be refunded in the event the Green Street Monster Fest is either unwilling or unable to provide the vendor with a booth space during the event listed above.
